Heatpoint Solutions Ltd was founded by Keilan Hannon-Byrne, a plumber and heating engineer who spent seven years working in the trade — learning it from the first fix up — before deciding the best way to do the job right every time was to put his own name on it.

We're based at 6 Trinity Place on Midland Drive, right in the centre of Sutton Coldfield, and we serve the Royal Town and the surrounding areas: from Four Oaks and Mere Green down through Boldmere, Wylde Green and Erdington, and out to Streetly, Walmley, Tamworth, Walsall and Solihull.

Seven years on the tools teaches you the patterns — why a 1930s semi in New Oscott loses pressure, where the leak usually hides under a Boldmere terrace floor, which boilers earn their warranties and which don't. It also teaches you what customers actually remember about a tradesperson: whether they turned up, whether the price moved, and what state the house was left in.
